Vicky is a Director in our Corporate team.

She has extensive experience of acquiring and selling companies, and regularly deals with high value, complex M&A transactions involving local and international counter-parties. Another core area of her practice is private equity and venture capital equity funding deals. Vicky has recently advised on:

• Significant investment into a local IT services group by leading mid-market private equity investor Bowmark Capital

• Joint Venture and secondary buy-out involving a local packaging company and a multinational packaging group

• Acquisitions across multiple jurisdictions in Europe, North and South America for a Northern Irish Plc

• The sale of a local IT company to a ‘Big Four’ professional services firm

• Management buy-outs of a number of SMEs

• Sale of a local retail company to a Swedish Plc

Vicky was educated at Lancaster University and has practiced in Belfast for over 20 years.
