Rowan Gibney
Rowan is a Senior Solicitor in our Finance team.
He advises financial institutions and borrowers on a broad range of finance transactions with particular experience in development finance, real estate finance and lending to corporates.
Prior to joining Davidson McDonnell he spent 4 years working in the Banking and Finance team of another leading Northern Irish law firm.
Rowan’s previous experience includes:
Acting for a leading mainstream lender in multiple transactions and perfecting the lenders security.
Acting for various alternative lenders with funding transactions for large scale commercial and residential developments.
