Raymond is a Director in our Corporate team. His practice is largely transactional, with a particular focus on M&A. 

Raymond has recently advised:

• Fscom on a private equity investment from Bridgepoint;

• the WF Risk Group on multiple acquisitions across the United Kingdom;

• Wirefox on its acquisitions of the Bushmills Inn and Ardgowan Hotel; and

• FAST Technologies on an investment from Bloc Blinds.

Raymond was educated at St Edmund Hall, Oxford.  He trained and practised as a Corporate tax lawyer with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP before returning home to Northern Ireland.  

Raymond is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
