Louise McCaffrey

 

Louise is a Solicitor in our Corporate team and has recently assisted with:

  • advising a multinational packaging group on a joint venture and secondary buy-out with a local packaging company

  • advising on a significant investment into a local IT services group by leading mid-market private equity investor Bowmark Capital;

  • advising the shareholders of Kinsetsu Limited on an investment round led by Par Equity; and

  • advising Wirefox on its acquisitions of the Bushmills Inn and Ardgowan Hotel.

Louise was educated at the University of Ulster, Jordanstown and Queens University, Belfast.

Prior to joining Davidson McDonnell, Louise worked as a Paralegal for one of Ireland’s leading law firms, and as a Legal and Compliance Business Analyst for one of the “Big Four” financial specialist firms. She joined Davidson McDonnell in the role of Legal Executive in 2015 before commencing her training with the firm in 2017 and qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2019.
