Louise Lavery

Louise is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team with an extensive background in residential conveyancing.

Louise has particular experience in assisting in development work, including the sale of new build properties within development site and has recently assisted the Commercial Property team on several ongoing residential and commercial projects.

Louise joined Davidson McDonnell after qualifying as a solicitor with a distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in her professional exams. Prior to this she gained three years of experience with another Belfast City Centre firm.

Louise is a graduate of law from Queens University Belfast and also obtained a Masters in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Queens University Belfast before embarking on her professional qualifications.

Louise is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland.
