Emma Robertson
Emma is a Legal Director in our Commercial Property team.
Emma advises on a range of real estate matters including the acquisition, development and disposal of high value assets as well as commercial lease transactions on behalf of landlords and tenants. In particular she has recently advised on:
the acquisition of sites on behalf of a number of developers and the subsequent negotiation of development agreements with registered housing associations;
ongoing occupational lease matters at CastleCourt Shopping Centre;
leasehold matters on behalf of a national retailer in respect of its Northern Irish portfolio.
Emma was educated at Gonville and Caius, University of Cambridge. She trained with a commercial law firm in Belfast before joining Davidson McDonnell in 2016.
