Elise is a Senior Solicitor within the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team with considerable experience in a range of commercial litigation matters.

She has particular experience of:

• non-performance of contractual obligations

• complex contractual breaches, especially those involving manufacturing defects

• misappropriation of confidential information

• intellectual property disputes

• partnership disputes

• defamation, privacy and data protection matters

• alternative dispute resolution

Elise has developed a public law practice acting for, amongst others, a large non-departmental public body in judicial review proceedings.

Elise graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast with a (LLB honours) degree in Law with French. As part of her degree, she spent a year studying law at the Université de Bourgogne in Dijon, France. She then obtained a postgraduate diploma in Professional Legal Studies with commendation.

Elise is also admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.
