Claire Stewart
Claire is a Senior Legal Executive in our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
Before joining Davidson McDonnell, Claire worked in 2 leading Belfast law firms, and has over 22 years’ experience to include;
Working extensively in Insolvency and Bankruptcy and other Chancery matters, including land disputes and repossession.
Working in commercial litigation, which has included banking disputes and debt recovery.
Working in Defence litigation, to include medical negligence, public liability and occupiers’ liability.
Working in Family Law.
In 2006, Claire was part of a successful Defence team in a case that was taken to the House of Lords in London by the Applicant. She graduated with a law degree from the University of Cardiff in 1995 and successfully completed the Professional Legal Practice Course from the University of Exeter Law School in 1996.
