Alastair Keith
Alastair is a Director in our Corporate team.
He acts primarily on corporate transactions, both in the domestic market and on international deals with a Northern Irish dimension. Specialisms include acquisitions, private equity/venture capital, group reorganisations, joint ventures and board advice on company law compliance and corporate governance.
Alastair has recently acted for:
Liberty Mutual on the sale of Hughes Insurance to Markerstudy Group by way of auction process
Business Growth Fund on its investment into Woodland Group
Bidvest Noonan on the acquisition of the Barhall Group
Alastair was educated at the University of Cambridge and practised for a number of years with global firm Linklaters LLP before returning home to Northern Ireland. Alastair has over 20 years’ experience advising on corporate transactions.
Alastair is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland and England & Wales and regularly advises in both jurisdictions.
